 All service requests will be approved and assigned to a technician within 12 hours. 

If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will not be charged.

• Q: What is a Diagnostic Service? 
• A: This service is designed to offer a comprehensive assessment of your appliance, identifying any underlying issues and providing an accurate diagnosis of your machine. 

The fee is $125 per appliance and is applied to the total cost of any completed repairs. 

Any appointments outside of our regular business hours will be subject to an additional $100 fee.

Please be advised that no refund will be issued for missed appointments. 

You will receive a call or text from a technician and/or our office prior to arrival. Failure to confirm or respond will be considered a "no show" and you will be charged the full service fee amount. 

There will be no refund issued should a cancellation occur within twelve (12) hours of your scheduled service. You may cancel or reschedule online or via phone by calling/texting (214) 886-2057.
